ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KADAR PROTEIN PADA TELUR BURUNG MOMOA (Eulipoa wallace) DAN TELUR AYAM BURAS (Gallus gallus domesticus)

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui besarnya kadar protein dan mengetahui perbedaan kadar protein pada telur burung momoa (Eulipoa wallace) dan telur ayam buras (Gallus gallus domesticus). Pada hasil penelitian rata-rata kandungan kadar protein antara protein Telur burung momoa (Eulipoa wallace) dan telur ayam buras (Gallus gallus domesticus) terdapat perbedaan dimana kandungan kadar protein pada telur burng maleo7,95 % dan kandungan kadar protein pada telu ayam buras 10,54 %. dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kandungan protein pada Telur burung maleo (Eulipoa wallace) dan telur ayam buras (Gallus gallus domesticus), dan jika dikonfirmasikan pada nilai t table dengan nilai n = 2, t = 5,5444 dan harga t kritik pada t.s 0,05 = 2,92dan ts 0,01 = 6,96. Artinya 2,92< 5,5444 < 6,96 Sehingga eksperimen mempunyai pengaruh pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 tetapi tidak mempunya pengaruh pada taraf signifikansi 0,01 Kata Kunci : Kadar Protein, Eulipoa Wallace, Gallus Gallus DomesticusReferences
