Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara komunikasi organisasi dan kaitannya dengan kinerja kelembagaan pemerintahan desa. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa aspek komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kelembagaan pemerintahan di Desa Fiditan Kecamatan Pulau Dullah Utara Kota Tual.
