KEANEKARAGAMAN MORFOGENETIK KUCING DOMESTIK (Felis domesticus) DI WILAYAH LINGKUP KAMPUS IAIN AMBON

Nilai h untuk lokus A~a = 33.7%, lokus B~b~b1 =31.6%, lokus C~cb~cs~ca~c = 39%, lokus D~d = 34.2%, lokus i~I = 0.09%, lokus o~O = 51.9%, lokus Ta~T~tb = 46.1%, lokus s~S = 48.6%, lokus m~M = 21%, dan lokus w~W =1.2%. Lokus o~O memiliki nilai h tertinggi, menunjukkan bahwa kucing yang memiliki alel tersebut tersebar luas dan terjadi aliran gen melalui perkawinan acak. Nilai Ĥ di Wilayah Lingkup Kampus IAIN Ambon berdasarkan 10 lokus yang diamati sebesar 33.12%. Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan nilai heterozigositas rataan seluruh Indonesia pertiap lokus Ambon memiliki nilai heterozigositas yang cukup tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keragaman kucing di wilayah Lingkup Kampus IAIN Ambon sangat beragam. Kata kunci: Keanekaragaman, Kucing, Felis domesticus, MorfogenetikReferences
