Abstract

Theo-democracy is a system of government that was initiated by Al-Maududi by combining the concept of monotheism and the concept of trias politica Through literature research on the works of Al-Maududi, the authors found the basis of a conception of political thought that Al-Maududi Islamic State must be built on a joint Islamic which is the main basis of monotheism.
