Abstract

Service of public can be told good (professionalism) if when public earns easily gets service and with procedure that is is not is length, expense of cheap, time quickly and next to nothing sigh given to it. The condition can be realized when organization of public supported by human resource which mumpu either from quality and also amount, beside also existence of adequate equipments resource and finance resource. Vision On Duty Education of My shame Sub-Province Tengah: realized it reliable human resource, smart, skillful, corporeal healthy and spirit, cultured and can compete in competitive era. Mission: a. Increases service to the UPT and wide public. b. Increases effectivity and efficiency sarana-prasarana education of balk physical and also non physical for fluency and repair of study process. c. Increases professionalism and prosperity of education energy. d. improvement of Generalization and opportunity obtains education for my Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. e. improvement of Managerial ability of energy kependidikan and improvement of cooperation of school with people tua/masyarakat in realizing independence of school in line with policy of decentralization of education. Purpose of research to know perception of public to public service in the field of education of post spin-offs of Kecamatan in Leihitu Barat. This research type is qualitative research. This research subject is public Desa Wakasihu and object in this research is public service and education access in district Leihitu Barat. Determination of data source in research applies purposif random sampling. Result of research shows perception of public to service of public can pulled conclusion as follows: 1. Service procedure given easy to be comprehended and not circumvent, and existence of guide about public service procedure with government officer Kecamatan act friendly and is polite in serving public. Besides, commitment to execute public service in accuracy of management time pasti/jelas had not though serving personnel its(the barium has, 2. Education service supplementary factor in Kecamatan Lehitu Barat is: a. existence of Program BOS, Program Retrival, Program Block Grant, Bursary Program, Program Reward, and others causing can lessen education charges although personnel expense must be fulfilled x'self, b. Motivasi/keinginan to be more good like desire for bright, reachs of aspiration, and others. Side that is things having the character of agamis/religius kental/eksis still in public like election of school type, that is being based on religion, culture, public spirited area.
