ANALISIS STRATEGI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI MALUKU TENGGARA

Abstract

The problem in the research is how to implement educational management strategies at MAN Southeast Maluku and the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of educational management strategies at Islamic educational institutions at MAN Southeast Maluku. The type of this research is field research with qualitative descriptive analysis . The research location is at MAN Southeast Maluku, Jln. Soekarno-Hatta, Kel. Ohoijang, Southeast Maluku. The research period was carried out from January 15 to February 15 2024. Data analysis was obtained through interviews and documentation, then the data was analyzed using the data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing stages. The research results show that; 1. The implementation of education management strategies at MAN Southeast Maluku is carried out through the stages of developing a madrasah strategic vision, setting madrasah strategic goals, formulating madrasah strategies, executing madrasah strategies, and evaluating madrasah strategies. 2. Supporting factors in implementing education management strategies at MAN Southeast Maluku are strong commitment from the head of MAN Southeast Maluku, staff participation and involvement, and collaboration with parents and the community. 3. Inhibiting factors in implementing education management strategies at MAN Southeast Maluku are the lack of quality resources, inadequate infrastructure, inadequate education budget, and lack of access to education.
