Abstrak
Online Media Tribun-Maluku.Com an online media in Maluku Province which publishes news and information about the latest Maluku with the motto "new spirit of Maluku country." This study deals with how climate vertical communication between editors and journalists of online media Tribun-Maluku.Com . This study is based on the perspective of organizational communication climate with research methods in-depth interviews and participant observation to obtain data in the field. Based on interviews and observations of climate vertical communication between editors and journalists, researchers have developed a categorization gesture support, participation decision making, trust, openness, and performance goals of the organization. Editors and journalists as the subject is considered to have a positive communication climate 'commitment and job satisfaction which creates an atmosphere of family work and support each other. At the same time, the organizational culture affect patterns of communication among colleagues and to the tops that create, maintain, and sometimes changing creative work culture.Unduhan
