ANALISIS FUNGSI PUBLIC RELASI DAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA BIRO UMUM DAN HUMAS KANTOR GUBERNUR MALUKU
Abstrak
The study aims to anlyze the implementation of the public service and public relations function by the general bureau and public affairs of Moluccas Goovernoor Office also to know the strategy of policies they were did. This study goes on July til September at the Moluccas Governoor Office and get analized with descriptive qualitative methode. The results of this study shows that Humas and General Bureau at Kantor Gubernur Maluku was already used the functions of public service and public relations. It was knew in several activity and the strategy of policies within. Over all the policy strategics was formed as internal and external strategies. Eksternal strategies is about the promotoin and institution images. Than the internal strategies is about established relationship among the employees as harmony.
