Abstrak

Information is increasingly heavy flooding human life, has forced humans to follow the dynamics of life is getting faster. So that the transmission of knowledge to the students naturally tend to become less dominated enabled through a learning process that teachers do in the classroom. Initially the process of transmission of knowledge can take place vertically from top to bottom, but then armed with more information is obtained by the students outside the classroom, it is not impossible to turn into horizontally even vertically from bottom to top because the information can be obtained from various sources. When the teacher can not fully meet the demands of perfect, not a reason for teachers to be skeptical, because there is the value of a personality that has a role and a function that should be retained by a teacher. A professional teacher will try to look for in order to acquire, manage and use information from various sources continuously, but still maintain the value of the teacher's personality principle semstinya.
