KEPEDULIAN MASYARAKAT KOTA AMBON TERHADAP PRODUK HALAL (STUDI PADA MASYARAKAT MUSLIM YANG BERBELANJA DI ALFAMIDI/INDOMARET DAN RUJAK NATSEPA)

Abstrak

This research was conducted to find out how the awareness of the Muslim community in the city of Ambon in consuming or using halal products. This study used qualitative research methods. The results showed that the people of Ambon city tend to pay attention to the price, taste, and expiration date of a product in Alfamidi/Indomaret. The results of another study found that there were buyers who did not buy rujak natsepa because they were worried whether the product was halal or not, but there were also those who continued to make purchases at the rujak natsepa. Other results in this study show that the perception of halal a product in Ambonese society can be seen from who makes the product, if Muslim means halal and vice versa.
