Editorial and Publishing Process
Submission
The author submits the article through the journal’s online system or via email. The submission must follow the journal's formatting guidelines and be accompanied by supporting documents such as a cover letter or a statement of originality.
Initial Screening by the Editor
The editor reviews the article to ensure it fits the journal’s scope, follows the required format, and is free of plagiarism. Articles that do not meet these basic requirements may be rejected or returned for revision at this stage.
Peer Review
If the article passes the initial screening, it is sent to peer reviewers—experts in the relevant field—for scientific evaluation. Reviewers assess the article’s originality, methodology, quality of data, and contribution to the field.
Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the editor makes a decision:
- Accept
- Minor revision
- Major revision
- Reject
The decision and reviewers' comments are communicated to the author.
Revision by the Author
The author revises the article according to the reviewers’ and editor’s comments, and resubmits it along with a response letter explaining the changes made.
Final Acceptance
If the revised version satisfies all academic and editorial standards, the editor formally accepts the article for publication. The manuscript then proceeds to the production stage (e.g., copyediting, proofreading, and publishing).
