Jurnal Induksi Pendidikan Dasar Writing Guidelines (JIPD) General Requirements

  1. The length of the article should be between 3000-5000 words (including references, footnotes, and tables).
  2. Include a statement that the article has not been previously published anywhere in any form.
  3. Each article will be checked for plagiarism using the Grammarly application.
  4. Research articles should cover 8 components. COMPONENT TITLE: UPPERCASE, BLACK, LEFT MARGIN, BOLD PRINT Sub-components are not titled (except for results and discussion components), but indications of sub-components are present in the first sentence of a paragraph within that component.
  5. Title: maximum of 14 words for articles in Indonesian and 10 words for articles in English. The title should be typed in Times New Roman, 14 regular font.
  6. Author's name: or authors' names should be typed below the title in Times New Roman 11 bold font, without titles and must not be abbreviated. Below the name(s), the field of expertise, institution name, and author's email address should be provided.
  7. Abstract: should not exceed 250 words, written in both English and Indonesian, in a single paragraph containing: research objectives, research methods, analysis techniques, and research results. Typed in Times New Roman font, single-spaced, and italicized. Below the abstract, there should be a maximum of 5 keywords, separated by commas, typed double-spaced below the abstract.
  8. Introduction: Introduction should be typed in uppercase [Times New Roman 12 bold font] containing background addressing an issue, urgency and rationalization of activities, literature review, problem-solving plan, activity objectives, and hypothesis development [Times New Roman, 11, normal font].
  9. Method: The research method explains: approach, scope or object, operational definitions of variables/research focus descriptions, location, population and sample/informants, main materials and tools, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques [Times New Roman, 11, Normal font].
  10. Results and Discussion: Research results are presented in full and within the scope of the study. Research results may be supplemented with tables, graphs (figures), and/or charts. Tables and figures are numbered and titled. Data analysis results are interpreted correctly. The discussion section presents the findings logically, linking them to relevant reference sources.   11. Conclusion and Recommendations: The conclusion contains a brief summary of the research results and discussion. The conclusion is the research findings that provide answers to research questions or research objectives. Research results provide recommendations/contributions to the application and/or development of knowledge. [Times New Roman, 11, normal font].
  12. References: Includes referenced sources, with a minimum of 80% being references published within the last 5 years. The reference list is written following the American Psychological Association (APA) Fifth edition. All sources listed in the bibliography must be present in the article text.
  13. Articles are typed in Microsoft Office Word format. Using Times New Roman font size 11, single-spaced on A4 paper.
