Publication Ethics: Tahkim Journal of Law and Sharia is published twice. management by the Sharia Faculty and published by the Islamic Research and Community Service Institute IAIN Ambon. The journal is available online as an open access resource in print. This statement clarifies the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of publishing articles in this journal, including the author, editor-in-chief, Editorial Board, reviewers, and publisher. This statement is based on the COPE Best Practices Guidelines for Journal Editors. Journal Publication Ethical Guidelines: Publication of articles in TAHKIM: Journal of Law and Sharia is an important foundation in the development of a coherent and respected knowledge network. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the author's work and the institutions that support it. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree on standards of ethical behavior that are expected for all parties involved in the act of publishing: authors, editors, reviewers, publishers, and the public. As the publisher of TAHKIM: Journal of Law and Sharia, the Tahkim Research Center takes its duties of guardianship over all stages of publication seriously and recognizes its ethical and other responsibilities. Tahkim Research Center is committed to ensuring that advertising, reprints, or other commercial revenues do not impact or influence editorial decisions. Plagiarism Filtering: writers who submit their writings to Tahkim: Journal of Law and Sharia must uphold ethics in publication, including: neutrality, fairness, honesty and respect for other people's intellectual property rights by not quoting without writing down the source of the quotation. Submitted articles will be checked for falsity using tunitin, and the maximum similarity limit is only 25%, and if it exceeds the article will be rejected.
