Abstract

Islamic law has always been a talk of both intellectual intellectuals and politicians. Discussion where the discussion does not formalize Islamic law in national law. In the Act (Law) which governs the interests of Indonesian Muslims. The article was to find out about the Indonesian government to make Islamic law as a source of law. Also know the legal products related to the lives of Muslims. This research is a normative study that uses theological approach (theological approach) and studies the history of law (the historical approach). The formalization of Islamic law began from the Dutch colonial administration, although related to politicization in the policies of the colonial government, to the future of independence. In the past, from the old order government to the reformation order of the reformalization of Islamic law gradually became a national law.
