The low learning outcomes of students of class X2 IPS at SMA N 1 Air Pura were due to the learning process without using more varied methods. Therefore, the researchers wanted to apply the Teams games tournaments (TGT) learning model. in the sociology learning outcomes of class X2 social studies at SMA N 1 Air Pura. using a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The theory used in this research is behaviorism theory. The population in this study were students of class X IPS SMA N 1 Air Pura which consisted of 5 locales. The sample in this study was class X2 IPS SMA N 1 Air Pura as an experimental class which was conducted using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. Based on the results of field research using the Teams Games tornamen (TGT) learning model there was an increase in learning outcomes from the first meeting to the second meeting in student learning outcomes, at the first meeting the level of student learning outcomes consisted of 15 students with a percentage of 60% while with the second meeting The level of completeness of student learning outcomes consists of 21 people with a percentage of 84%.
