About the Journal
Jurnal Lingue : Bahasa, Budaya, dan Sastra publishes scientific articles based on research results that include studies on the science of language, culture, and literature. The Lingue Journal is managed by the Language Center (PBB) of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ambon. Journal of Lingue is published twice a year with e-ISSN: 2775-6386 and p-ISSN: 2772-8524. The first edition was published in June and the second edition was published in December. The first edition has a deadline of April and the second edition has a deadline of October. The Lingue Journal is published through the Institute for Research and Community Service LP2M State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ambon.
Current Issue
This issue has been available online since June 2026 as the regular issue for June 2026. It contains 12 articles authored or co-authored by 47 scholars from five countries. A total of 43 authors are affiliated with institutions in Indonesia, including Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Negeri Makassar, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Negeri Medan, Universitas Jember, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Universitas Dr Soetomo, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Universitas Sumatera Utara, and the Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Other contributors include 1 author from the United Arab Emirates, affiliated with Mohamed Bin Zayed University for Humanities; 1 author from Türkiye, affiliated with Dokuz Eylül University; 1 author from Thailand, affiliated with Walailak University; and 1 author from Vietnam, affiliated with Ho Chi Minh City Open University. All articles in this edition are written in English. Topics covered include critical discourse analysis, postcolonial and literary studies, cultural studies, pragmatics, educational studies, semiotics, psycholinguistics, language acquisition, and semantics.
